Maintenance / Handyman (Brandon / Tampa) J Powell Enterprises, LLC compensation: Wage commensurate with experience employment type: experience level: mid level job title: Property Maintenance Property Maintenance / Handyman Troubleshoot and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner, including plumbing (must have plumbing experience), basic troubleshooting, minor electrical, and overall handyman experience. Perform repairs to make-ready units & perform work order requests if necessary. Perform effective emergency maintenance (after-hours) as required Dependable, reliable, and punctual a must! 2-5 years of maintenance experience in an apartment or like community Ability to work in a team environment Organizational skill a must, order parts and supplies and maintain inventory as needed. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing all work performed in English Must own your own hand tools High school diploma or equivalent Drivers License and your own reliable transportation REQUIRED Some Travel required. Rotate On-Call afterhours (approx once monthly) Must be able to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas and be able to push, pull, lift, carry or maneuver weights of up to twenty-five (25) pounds independently and up to one hundred (100) pounds with assistance for installation and removal of appliances.
