Construction Laborer (Jamestown/Greensboro) compensation: $18 - $20 employment type: experience level: entry level job title: Construction Laborer Triad Construction Company is seeking a carpenter's helper/skilled laborer in residential and light commercial construction. Our ideal candidate should be comfortable working in diverse settings. Good working knowledge of wood properties and other carpentry materials and the use of all necessary tools is a must. One should be capable of working with little supervision while following all safety standards. Carpenter Helper Job Duties: Ability to follow instructions Able to ASSIST in installing items such as various flooring, siding, windows, doors, cabinets, drywall, insulation, handrails, interior and exterior trim Must have some tools - skill saw, saws, all hammers, pry bars, etc. Able to do demo of kitchens and bathrooms Job Requirements: A work history in construction a must Willing to learn and gain experience Hands-on experience working with carpentry materials.
