Burgess & Niple is looking for a Civil Engineer/Project Manager to assist in its growing business in Parkersburg, West Virgina.

B&N Civil Engineer/Project Manager Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and design of municipal projects

Typical projects may include water system improvements; sanitary sewer system improvements; and/or roadway improvements

Create and develop scopes of work and budgets for projects

Actively lead and participate in project delivery to create an exemplary client experience. Monitor performance indicators, budgets, schedules, and manage risk

Provide mentoring, training, and coaching for engineering team

Ideal candidate will be located in the North Parkersburg, WV geography and attached to our Parkersburg office

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent from an ABET accredited engineering program

7+ years of experience of civil engineering project experience

Strong project management skills
