We specialize in the historic preservation of residential homes and commercial properties in the greater Portland area. We enjoy creating new living spaces and performing structural repairs and upgrades for our clients. We like demanding projects that are unique like structural rough framing / carpentry, house lifting, shoring, rigging, excavation, water proofing, drainage, foundations and structural rough framing / carpentry etc. The candidate: An experienced quality construction worker eager to perform at their best capability. Ready to apply and learn new building techniques and be challenged along the way. An individual with a strong work ethic and stronger personal values. Someone who wants to be part of a small team for the long term. Long term employment oriented. A team player. * Able to read and execute architectural and structural engineering plans. * Dependable. Prioritizes customer service . * Ideal knowledge but not a must for all.
