Responsibilities & Duties: *Responsible and accountable for the safety of the crew, ensuring all company employees are adhering to company safety policies and guidelines. *Must be able to communicate, train, and delegate to your crew. *Tracking of daily log sheets, time sheets, and other job-related paperwork. *Communicate with onsite general contractors, inspectors, superintendents, and project managers. *Ensure job equipment and tools are maintained in good working order and are safe for use. *Manage, supervise, and coordinate onsite work crew. *Operate construction equipment as required. *Have the ability to follow through on verbal and written instructions effectively. *Motivated to solve problems and seek opportunities to improve operations independently. *Must be able to communicate with company and inspection staff in a professional manner. *Must-Have Clean Driver's License. Salary depends on work experience and will be discussed at the interview. Monday through Thursday: 10-hour workdays - Friday off at 12:00.
