HVAC Service Technician and Installer Job Description We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician and Installer to join our team in Chesapeake, VA. The role involves servicing hotels, multifamily homes, and retirement/assisted living facilities throughout the Hampton Roads area. As an installer, you will be responsible for installing and replacing HVAC units in these settings. Responsibilities Service HVAC systems in hotels, multifamily homes, and retirement/assisted living facilities. Install and replace HVAC units in designated settings. Perform troubleshooting and repair tasks. Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance. Essential Skills 2-3+ years of experience in HVAC service and installation for residential, commercial, or multifamily settings. Proficiency in HVAC mechanical systems and troubleshooting.
