Seeking an experienced marble/tile installer (no GCs). Demolition is tentatively covered but I'd like optional demo pricing for comparison. Rooms: Foyer ~15'15' (~225 sq ft) and Powder Room ~5'5' (~25 sq ft) Material: Carrara marble (owner-supplied). Subway pattern w/ border in foyer; simple layout in powder. Location: Radnor, PA Scope (labor + setting materials) Substrate evaluation/prep for natural stone (e.g., cement board or mud bed, SLC, crack/uncoupling membrane as needed) Laser layout; tight joints (1/16-1/8"), minimal lippage (ANSI) White, non-staining thinset; grout and sealing (penetrating sealer) Thresholds/transitions; toilet, sink vanity remove & reset for powder room.
