The ideal candidate has a strong background in industrial electrical systems and proven leadership experience. Key Responsibilities: Supervise crews of electrical apprentices, industrial electricians, and foremen. Collaborate with the foreman and project manager to ensure timely and successful project completion. Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical/electronic systems and components. Diagnose and resolve system malfunctions. Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, and related components. Inspect systems for hazards, defects, or code violations. Advise management on potential equipment hazards. Test circuits and systems for compatibility and safety using diagnostic tools. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Minimum 3+ years of industrial electrical experience (Required). Minimum 7+ years of supervisory experience (Required). Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC). Proficient in blueprint reading, one-line diagrams, and PLCs. Strong leadership and communication skills. Team-oriented with ability to anticipate crew needs. Class A CDL (Preferred).
