General Laborer - Full Time (SFV/ AV) compensation: $18.00+ Per Hour- Based on experience We are seeking a reliable and experienced General Laborer to assist with a variety of outdoor maintenance and cleaning tasks at a large private facility. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities Include: General yard maintenance: weeding, raking, sweeping, and debris removal Light landscaping and use of hand tools (shovels, hoes, rakes, etc.) Car washing and detailing Pressure washing of surfaces such as walkways, walls, and equipment Assisting with other outdoor cleaning or maintenance tasks as needed Following safety procedures and maintaining clean work areas Requirements: Prior experience in general labor, landscaping, or maintenance work Familiarity with basic outdoor tools and equipment Ability to operate pressure washer and basic cleaning tools Must be dependable, hardworking, and able to take direction Physically fit and able to perform labor-intensive tasks outdoors in all weather Must have reliable transportation Drug-free and able to pass a background check Ideal Candidate: Takes pride in doing a thorough job Can manage time well and work efficiently without constant supervision Is flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks as needed To apply, please send your name, a summary of your experience, and contact information. post id: ...
