Senior Construction Superintendent

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Construction Superintendent position include: 5+ years of experience overseeing construction projects, ideally within healthcare or multifamily sectors OSHA 30 certification required; CHC, ICRA, and other healthcare-specific certifications strongly preferred Experience managing subcontractors, carpenter foremen, and possibly junior superintendents Proficient in site coordination including scheduling, safety compliance, and inspections Ability to manage project cost, schedule, change orders, and field team performance Skilled in preparing and presenting lookahead schedules, and leading OAC and subcontractor meetings Strong digital literacy for managing field data and construction plans (e.g., Bluebeam) Must be comfortable starting early (on-site by 6:45 AM) and working locally within the Tampa Bay area Salary: $55.00 - $62.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. 5+ years of experience overseeing construction projects, ideally within healthcare or multifamily sectors

OSHA 30 certification required; CHC, ICRA, and other healthcare-specific certifications strongly preferred

Experience managing subcontractors, carpenter foremen, and possibly junior superintendents
