Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Sales Representative position include: Proven experience in lead generation, B2B or B2G sales, preferably in construction or surfacing industries Conducting discovery calls, site evaluations, and client consultations to deliver tailored project solutions Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills with a focus on relationship-building Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and AI-based sales platforms Ability to manage long sales cycles and read/interact with RFPs, bid documents, and construction plans Collaborating cross-functionally with estimating, operations, and installation teams Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems and following sales processes and scripts Contributing insights in internal strategy meetings and refining the sales process Salary: $50,000 base salary with the potential to earn up to $100,000+ with commission.
