We at Fast Water Heater are expanding our home services division and are on the lookout for a talented and motivated Lead Installation Technician for residential and commercial to join our Heating & Air Conditioning (HVAC) team. Salary: $22 to $25/hr [DOE]
Key Responsibilities:
Install HVAC systems thru proper procedures and industry better practices.
Removing and installing air quality systems
Meeting compliance requirement documentation
Testing for leaks using various testing tools
Maintaining and repairing electrical components of HVAC equipment
Reing historical repair records to create an effective inspection schedule
Training junior teammates (i.e. Technician Trainee) to promote and ensure a 100% customer satisfaction experience.
Bolster the customer experience through superior communication focused on customer retention and satisfaction.
Remain up to date on the latest industry trends, installation methods, systems, and technology available within the market and the business (i.e. attending workshops to learn about developments in HVAC systems or online training materials)
Qualifications and Characteristics that you have:
Must have 3 to 5 years knowledge with heating and cooling units and duct plans.
Conduct regular maintenance, repair and installation on various HVAC units - AC, furnace and water heaters.
Ability to interpret technical data such as temperature and pressure Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal & written communication skills) - comfortable with professional communication with the customers you serve
Ability to operate and repair various HVAC equipment
Experience consulting with customer issues and giving beneficial solutions
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to interpret schematics and wiring diagrams
Excellent interpersonal skills to respond to clients complaints, questions and needs
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, as well as in a team-oriented organization
Self-starter attitude
Willingness to invest time in training and classes
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record [You must be 25+ yrs of age, have a current WA driver's license with 2+ years of driving experience, and have a good driving record]
Education desired:
High school diploma or GED required
Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School, a plus
