As we expand across the U.S., we're looking for a passionate Market Development Manager to take ownership of growing our brand locally in Los Angeles. What You'll Do Develop venue partnerships: Build and manage relationships with local bars, cafes, and breweries to host our Singles Socials and Speed Dating events. Plan and host events: Coordinate logistics, manage attendee check-ins, and create a welcoming, engaging experience for all attendees. Drive local growth: Lead marketing efforts through social media, grassroots outreach, and activating your personal and community networks. Collaborate with leadership: Identify opportunities to enhance our marketing strategy, growth initiatives, and city-specific goals. Represent June Dating professionally and authentically: To venues, our users, and the local community. Stay tapped into local trends: Bring local market insights to the team. Reliable hardware: You have access to a computer, phone, and reliable internet connection. Preferred Experience Prior experience: In marketing campaigns, event coordination, or venue partnership management. Social Media Savvy: A broad and engaged social media following. First hand experience in modern dating culture: Familiarity with modern dating culture, its social dynamics, and established pain points. Compensation & Independent Contractor Status This is an independent contractor role with performance-based pay. You will retain 60%+ of ticket revenue from events you set up and organize. You will have full control over how and when you work, using your own tools and resources.
