We are currently seeking a Project Manager to become a key member of our team: an experienced, motivated employee to interact with contractors, designers, and architects on high-end residential and commercial projects and provide shop drawings and ready to build designs using Cabinet Vision and AutoCAD. Wage and bonuses will be commensurate with experience, ability and performance. Reimbursement of relocation expenses are considered, and references will be confirmed. Experience and Qualifications Strong verbal and written skills are required. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, technical specifications, and scope sheets. Practical experience in woodworking and cabinet design is a plus. Knowledge of ADA and WI rules, restrictions, and requirements. Drafting and layout of cabinet projects. Proficiency with AutoCAD and some experience with Cabinet Vision/S2M a plus. Understanding of basic MS Code or similar. Examples of Duties Prepare takeoffs from architectural plans for millwork and casework. Interact and problem solve with contractor/architect/designer. Confirm measurements. Produce working set of shop drawings. Program CNC machine and work closely with CNC operator, production manager, and foreman to convey job information. Must be punctual and able to work 40-hours a week with occasional OT.
