Looking For Day Laborer

looking for day laborer (Albuquerque) compensation: 15-20/hr depending on experience hello i have a small landscaping business i am hiring labor for, both skilled and unskilled. at first will only be a day at a time here and there but i will text the day of do you want to work today and if yes just yes and i'll give details. i usually pay $75 for 5 hours of easy work like helping me organize tools and more like $17.50 an hour for basic labor like loading trucks, digging holes, swinging axes, etc. $20ish an hour for more skilled labor.
