large construction projects. Manages subcontractor scheduling, communication and payments. Assists in preparing prime and
subcontract bids to owners and agencies.
**REQUIREMENTS: Associates degree in Construction, Engineering, or a closely related field of study with 4 years of experience in
the job offered or any position in which the required experience was gained. Prior experience must include the following: (a) 4 years
of experience estimating and managing construction projects; (b) 4 years of experience using project estimating and project
management software such as B2W; (c) 4 years of experience using financial reporting software such as Spectrum or Oracle; and
(d) 3 years of experience overseeing scheduling and planning of construction projects and overseeing construction project financials
and budgets.**
