Electrician

Electrician, $33.50, 1st shift!**

**Job Description**

We are seeking two skilled Electricians to perform comprehensive electrical maintenance on a variety of industrial machinery. This role involves working with powerhouse equipment such as boilers, furnaces, air compressors, vacuum pumps, and batch equipment. The position requires expertise in repairing switch gears, limit switches, motors, sensors, valves, AC/DC drives, motor starters, and more. Additional responsibilities include wiring and rewiring control panels, PLC troubleshooting, and reading blueprints and schematics.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform electrical maintenance on industrial machinery.

+ Maintain and repair powerhouse equipment including boilers and furnaces.

+ Repair switch gears, motors, sensors, and other components.

+ Run and pull wire; wire and rewire control panels.

+ Troubleshoot PLCs, particularly Siemens and Fanuc robots.

+ Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

+ Use volt meter for diagnostics.

+ No mechanical maintenance is required.

**Essential Skills**

+ Proficient in electrical troubleshooting and control panel wiring.

+ Experience with machine wiring, blueprints, and schematics.

+ Ability to troubleshoot up to 480v single and three-phase motors.

+ Knowledge of VFDs and setting up parameters within drives.

+ Experience with PLCs including SLC 5, SLC 500, SLC 5000, Control Logix, and Compact.

+ High school diploma or GED and a Journeyman card or relevant training certificate.

The pay range for this position is $69680.00 - $69680.00/yr.
