Looking for a handyman that has carpenter, electrical and painting skills. Projects vary as needed for a residential home on 2 acres. Must speak English and have references. Schedule: Fluctuates - Depends on different needs
Compensation: Hourly pay @ $50.00 Per Hour based on experience and references.

Responsibilities Include:
Maintenance for different areas of property as needed each year.

Ideal Candidate:
Dependable and trustworthy

Has a valid drivers license, clean driving record and no felonies or criminal history. Applicant will be subject to a background check.

Owns a reliable vehicle

Non-smoker with a professional and respectful demeanor
