Hours: 1015 hours/week, flexible between 9 AM 2 PM
Location: Washington, DC Maryland Virginia (DMV Area)

We are looking for a skilled, experienced Construction Foreman with strong knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general construction. This position is perfect for someone retired who still enjoys working and wants a flexible schedule.

Position Highlights:

Flexible hours, 23 hours/day, on-call as needed.

Responsibilities:

Supervise small construction, remodeling, and repair projects.

Perform work in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general construction.

Ensure quality, safety, and code compliance.

Requirements:

Proven experience in multiple trades.

Reliable and punctual.

Minimum of 10 years experience

Must have transportation and basic tools.

Availability between 9 AM 2 PM (schedule may vary).
