Site Manager - Munson & Bulldog Activity Center

SITE MANAGER - BULLDOG ACTIVITY CENTER AND MUNSON STADIUM

Days and Hours as Needed

$20.00 per hour

Evening and Weekend hours (some hours during the day possible)

Multiple positions will be filled

INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY

Basic Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to the following:

• Direct oversight of the facility when on duty
• Open and close the facility
• Point of contact while supervising the facility for injuries, building issues, behavior of students, staff and parents
• Identify and report routine maintenance issues in a timely manner
• Communicate with attendees rules and regulations and ensure those rules and regulations are followed to comply with policies and procedures

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

• Interact with public in official capacity when required
• Serve as a role model in how to conduct themselves as responsible citizens
• Respond to routine questions and requests in a timely, appropriate manner
• Establish and maintain cooperative professional relationships
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Site Manager, Athletic Director or Assistant Superintendent

Qualifications:

• Previous experience preferred but not required
• May be required to obtain a Pupil Activity Permit through the ODEW
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to interact with diverse groups
• Ability to problem solve.Interact with public in official capacity when required
• Create routine equipment maintenance and safety inspection procedures.

Additional Working Conditions:

• Frequent requirement to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, see, read, speak, reach, stretch with hands and arms, crouch, kneel, climb, and stoop
• Hours and days worked may be flexible based on in season and out of season events.
