We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to join our team in the Oil & Energy industry. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our projects, ensuring that they are executed efficiently, safely, and within the allocated budget. As a Project Superintendent, you will play a critical role in managing construction activities, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards. You will be responsible for developing project schedules, monitoring progress, and implementing solutions to any issues that may arise during the construction process. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily project operations and ensure work is carried out safely and efficiently.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors and direct labor resources.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and enforce quality control measures.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and communicate status updates.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular site meetings and inspections to monitor progress and address issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project supervision within the Oil & Energy sector.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of construction professionals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
