Company Summary: Enterprise Engineering Services, LLC (EES) of Marlton, NJ is looking to hire full-time Network Infrastructure Engineers to support FAA efforts in Reston / Herndon, VA.

Position Summary: EES is seeking Network Infrastructure Engineers at the Journeyman, Senior, and SME levels to support FAA modernization efforts. These roles ensure the physical IT infrastructure, including cabling pathways, network rooms, and site readiness, is properly integrated into construction plans and future system deployments.

Qualifications:

  • Journeyman:

  • Education: BS/BA

  • Experience: 5-7 years

  • Senior:

  • Education: BS/BA

  • Experience: 8-11 years

  • SME:

  • Education: BS/BA

  • Experience: 12+ years

  • Experience with physical infrastructure planning and implementation

  • Knowledge of structured cabling systems and network room design

  • Familiarity with FAA site readiness and integration standards

  • Ability to coordinate with construction and engineering teams

  • Understanding of environmental and safety compliance for IT infrastructure

  • Strong documentation and communication skills

  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee integration of physical infrastructure into FAA construction plans
  • Ensure cabling pathways and network rooms meet FAA standards
  • Coordinate site readiness activities for system deployments
  • Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to align infrastructure with modernization goals
  • Document infrastructure layouts and readiness assessments
  • Support troubleshooting and optimization of physical network environments
