Kinsley Steel launched the Apprenticeship Program to teach essential ironworking skills and standards needed for the industry. Kinsley Steel's innovation and commitment to providing growth for our employees has led to the development of multiple construction programs for apprentices to gain hands-on experience and ongoing training in the trades. From day one, you're on the job site, working alongside our leading mentors who can train you in Steel fabrication and Ironworking.

3-Year Apprenticeship Program:

The Ironworker apprenticeship program offers you the skills you need to become a craftsperson, earning a certified Journeyman status. From educational facilities and apartment complexes, to big box warehouses and government spaces, you'll build your skills by working on various types of construction projects.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass DOT pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol screening
  • Ability to travel to various job sites and out of town work
  • Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Punctuality and dependability are required
