ELECTRICIAN - GENERAL FOREMAN I - VARIOUS LOCATIONS
Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising the foreman by monitoring quality and safety. Provide planning and direction directly to the assigned foreman for construction activities for the project.
Overview of Primary Duties:
Coordinates oversees, and briefs crew on daily work to bepleted
Plans and prioritizes job tasks for assigned crews
Directs and trains assigned supervision on the project for quality work and efficient production
Familiar with the project safety plan
Enforce safe practices andpletion of required safety reports
Ensure that all work meets or exceeds thepany's standards
Manage crew timesheets
Prepares quality and quantity reports
Comprehend blues, sketches, and plans
Evaluate, monitor, and report on work progression
Ensuring that all work is conducted inpliance with the man-hour budget
Maintaining short-range look-ahead plans
Serve as a subject matter expert in the field of work beingpleted to assist if needed or conduct training
Assisting the superintendent with look ahead reports and coordinating work schedules of all specialty contractors on the project
Know the OSHA inspection process
Identify and correct any unsafe conditions that may exist or occur on the project
Perform project inspection
Assist the superintendent in planning for job equipment, material, and employee requirements in advance
Attend any required meetings, including scheduled supervisory meetings
Demonstrate Core Values and Principles
Follow Code of Conduct
Safety Responsibilities and Expectations
Responsible for refusing unsafe work and for carrying out all work by the established Safety Procedures and Work Practices
all incidents, near hits, and hazards to management.
Required to wear and maintain personal PPE.
Advise fellow employees of hazardous situations.
Participate in workplace inspections.
Comply with statutory requirements, including duty of care.
Participate in required and assigned training.
Provide suggestions to improve Safety.
Present a mature approach to working safely.
Attend prestart and Safety meetings and contribute.
Other related duties as needed and assigned by Field Supervision.

Qualifications:
Level I:
Minimum of ten (10) years of construction experience
Minimum of six (6) years of craft-classified experience
Minimum of two (2) years of supervision experience
Experience managing five to fifteen (5 to 15) team members
Formal education/degree/certificate in construction, technical, or trade school such as NCCER Certification Plus.
Must be able to speak, read, and write in the English language Level II:
Same as Level I
Successfulpletion of Supervisor training
Requirements:
Supervise installation per work packs and report quantities
Complete time sheets for their direct reports to track progress and verify time
Responsible for the quality of the finished product,pleting quality documentation including check sheets and final documentation
Read ISO's, Blues, P&IDs
Successfulpletion of required Safety training to include, but not limited to, Confined Space, LOTO, and Working at Heights

Required to wear safety-approved body harnesses when working at 4' or above
Required to ad to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, climbing, and lifting
Ability to talk and hear tomunicate
Will use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, and pull objects, materials, controls, and tools
Must be able to lift, carry, and move heavy objects up to 25 lbs.
Will use vision abilities to focus, see short and long distances, colors, depth perception, and peripheral vision
