FINISHED CARPENTER Monday - Friday6:30 am - 3:00 pm, mandatory overtime as needed$25.00 per hour ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Install drywall, interior trim, baseboards, crown molding, cabinetry, doors, windows, and hardware.Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials to fit specific spaces and designs.Repair or replace damaged woodwork.Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Work with other tradespeople, designers, and project managers.Ensure high-quality finishes and attention to detail.Follow safety protocols and building codes.Maintain a clean and organized work area. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Expertise in woodworking techniques, including cutting, shaping, and joining wood.Proficient use of hand and power tools.Ability to pay close attention to detail and achieve precise results.Ability to identify and resolve issues with woodwork.Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Strong mathematical skills.Able to climb ladders, bend, stoop, kneel, and walk/stand for long periods of timeAble to lift 50 lbs. individually, or up to 100 lbs. as a team lift.
