Draftsman to prepare residential drawings

Draftsman to prepare residential drawings (Escondido) compensation: to be negotiated I am working on a project in Idyllwild and I need someone who can work with me to prepare plans for a building permit submittal. This is a vacant lot and I am starting from scratch. The work will start with an initial site plan showing easements and proposed location for the home and possibly an ADU if it will fit. This plan will be used by the perc testing engineer to determine where a septic system could be put and what trees have to be removed to accommodate the house and septic system. So the initial site plan will most definitely have to be revised later when we are ready to proceed with the actual design of the house. So this will be on-going project. I need the initial site plan as soon as possible, but then it won't be till the first of September before the engineer can tell us where to put the septic system and we can proceed with the house plans. Please provide me with a cost for this first site plan which does not have to be too detailed and then another figure for doing the actual construction plans.
