14075 - Contract Coordinator (onsite) - Juno Beach, FL Start Date: ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration: 4+ months with possible extensions Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client. Required: Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Juno Beach, FL (required); Experience with contractual obligations, asset management, or financial trading institution (3+ years); Experience with Proforma development and complete reporting; Experience supporting contract negotiations, document reviews, and other legal/regulatory proceedings with regard to the wholesale power and natural gas business and related commercial transactions; Designation as a paralegal or other relevant college degree. Responsibilities: Review contractual agreements or proposed amendments for conformity to company policies or recommendations; Generate outgoing contracts, amendments, and confirmations to trading partners; Maintain accurate records, coordinate and track incoming and outgoing documents and manage and maintain contract/counterparty database; Assist in the preparation, review, and coordination of documentation for contract negotiations, ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and company requirements; Liaise with legal, regulatory, trading, and asset management teams as well as external counterparties to facilitate contract execution and resolve discrepancies; Maintain organized contract files, ensure document version control, and prepare materials for audits or compliance reviews; Perform other duties as assigned.
