Project Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to oversee the successful completion of commercial A/V integration projects. This role requires expertise in project planning, team coordination, and stakeholder management to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with engineering, installation, and programming teams to ensure seamless project execution. Manage procurement processes and oversee the delivery of A/V equipment and materials. Conduct site visits and client meetings to review project progress and address any concerns. Lead internal and subcontracted teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines. Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and resolve issues to maintain project momentum. Facilitate communication between sales, design, and technical teams for optimal collaboration. Maintain detailed project documentation, including change orders, punch lists, and close-out packages. Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability. A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial A/V installations. PMP Certification or equivalent qualifications demonstrating strong attention to detail. Demonstrated expertise in IT project management and related processes. Hands-on experience with project management platforms such as Atlassian Jira. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and teams. Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.
