We excel in installing building components & systems, including Butler Pre-Engineered Buildings, Cold-Formed Steel Framing Systems, Bar Joist, Structural Steel, Exterior Envelope roofing and siding systems, and miscellaneous metals such a stairways, handrails, mezzanines, and more. Our projects are based in the Greater Cleveland area, and we specialize in a wide variety of pre-engineered building components including ground-up facilities, re-roof and retrofit applications, wall panel up fits, and other building modifications.

Key Responsibilities:
Install pre-engineered building components and systems, including structural steel exterior
roofing, and siding systems.
Operate carpentry-related power tools with precision and care.
Read and interpret blueprints, ensuring accurate implementation of project specifications.
Measure and cut materials accurately using basic math skills and a tape measure.
Work collaboratively with team members in high-stress environments and mee aggressive deadlines.
Solve problems on the job site independently and efficiently.
Adhere to flexible work hours, including weekdays, and occasionally weekends and overtime as needed.
Ensure a high level of attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
Qualifications:
Experience with carpentry-related power tools.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure accurately.
Understanding of blueprints and finish details.
Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
Reliable transportation to job sites in the Greater Cleveland area.
Physical ability to lift 45 lb. over your head and work comfortably at heights (aerial lift platforms, roofs, ladders).
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Proficiency in English required.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Compensation:
Full Time position
Competitive pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience.
