Job Title: Insulation Technician

Location: New Paltz, NY

Salary: $25 to $35 hourly, depending on experience

Seeking a skilled Insulation Installer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the efficient and high-quality installation of various types of insulation materials in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will be proficient in handling blown-in insulation, installing baffles, damming walls, and applying spray foam to rim joints and much more.

Responsibilities:

Install blown-in insulation according to job specifications and building codes.

Place baffles in attic spaces to maintain proper ventilation and insulation integrity.

Seal and dam walls to prevent air leakage and ensure energy efficiency.

Apply spray foam insulation to rim joints and other specified areas.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role in the construction or insulation industry.

Knowledge of insulation materials, tools, and installation techniques.

Ability to interpret blueprints, job orders, and specifications.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
