Equipment Operator

Asphalt Recovery & Paving LLC is looking for individuals that have equipment operating experience. We service all of Central Oregon, and have for over 10 years. Residential asphalt paving is our specialty, however, we do commercial projects as well. We are seeking someone who is willing to work both on demo/grading crew and paving crew. Equipment most commonly used onsite is, mini excavators, skid steers, double drum compaction rollers, finish rollers and grade tractors (skip loader). General experience is required. Training will be provided on equipment. A drivers license is required as well. We offer full benefits after 30 days of employment and wage is based on experience. There is a 30 day raise when certain criteria is met. Our season runs from March thru November so if you are seeking part time or temporary employment, this may be the job for you! Full time employment is available as well.
