- Oversee product delivery to clients.
- Ensure site safety and compliance with procedures by the team, conducting training as necessary.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project schedules.
- Review purchase orders and sales logs daily to update crew schedules.
- Manage material orders and delivery schedules.
- Communicate with general contractors to provide updates on delivery and work times.
- Conduct daily debriefings on work performed and generate reports.
- Select and validate subcontractors to execute work.
- Perform quality control on project completion.
- Assist in vehicle maintenance programs and GPS tracking.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to monitor inventory.
