Now Hiring: Structural Drafter! Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Structural Drafter to join our concrete precast department. The successful candidate will design precast structures for a variety of projects, including parking structures, hospitals, warehouse facilities, commercial office buildings, educational institutions, data centers, and justice facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Design precast structures for various facilities and buildings.
  • Utilize CAD software for creating detailed design plans.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Read and interpret architectural and structural plans.
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in 2D AutoCAD with a willingness to learn Revit.
  • Ability to read and interpret specifications and plans.
  • Associate's degree in Computer Drafting & Design or a similar field.
  • 1+ year of experience in architectural/structural design preferred.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Revit and architectural detailing.
  • Experience in structural steel design and drafting.
Work Environment

This position is based in a cubicle office environment located in Aksarban Village, offering a vibrant atmosphere with nearby nightlife and restaurants. The work schedule is 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday, with no overtime required. The company maintains a business casual dress code, with a more relaxed attire on Fridays. The role offers a family-oriented atmosphere, fostering flexibility and a supportive team environment. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
