Heavy Equipment Operator - Excavator

Location: Based out of Walla Walla, Work in Hermiston, Pendleton, Burbank, Waitsburg, Dayton

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Heavy Equipment Operator with strong excavator skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in operating multiple types of heavy equipment and skilled in water and sewer service installation, replacement, and repair.

Responsibilities:

Operate excavator, dozer, and skid steer safely and efficiently
Install, replace, and repair water and sewer services
Read and interpret plans, maps, and work orders in English
Follow safety protocols and company procedures
Maintain equipment in good working order
Communicate effectively with crew and supervisors

Requirements:

Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License)
Ability to speak, read, and write in English
Proven experience operating excavator, dozer, and skid steer
Knowledge and hands-on experience with water/sewer service work
Clean driving record
Strong work ethic and reliability
