As an Electrical Engineering Technician, you will support the development of cutting-edge products from concept through production. Our Quality Engineering team is looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys working with lab equipment, and takes pride in upholding high standards. What You'll Do

Partner with Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, and Production teams to support product testing, compliance sampling, and documentation throughout the product lifecycle.

Execute safe and efficient testing of electronic assemblies to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Verify system and circuit functionality by conducting thorough performance tests and accurately documenting results.

Create clear and detailed test reports, charts, and graphs using Microsoft Office tools to support data-driven decisions.

Assist in pilot production runs by providing real-time technical support and ensuring product quality is upheld.

Collaborate across departments to troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement.

Interpret technical materials, such as schematics, PCB layouts, datasheets, drawings, and BOMs to ensure accurate product fabrication and validation.

Operate essential lab and test equipment such as soldering irons, oscilloscopes, power supplies, multimeters, and hand tools with precision and care.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment to support efficient workflows.

Take initiative in additional tasks and responsibilities that contribute to quality assurance and cross-functional success.

Qualifications

What You Bring

Experience That Drives Success

Associate's/technical degree in electrical engineering technology or related, or equivalent experience in a similar role.

3+ years of relevant experience in an engineering environment.

Hands-on experience with PCB testing, soldering, and possible assembly.

Proven history of troubleshooting electronic components, printed circuit assemblies, and hardware.

Prior experience using schematic capture and PCB design software (ex: Altium).

Working knowledge of analog/digital circuit principles and embedded microprocessor controls.

Understanding of power supply principles and circuits.

Location

This is a full-time position, on-site at our Hazelwood, MO manufacturing facility. The expected schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, though an occasional shift in hours may be needed to accommodate project schedules.
