I've been a full time real estate investor that past decade and have mostly used the same guys and labor over the years. Mostly referrals but surprisingly some through CL; almost everyone I've hired off CL have had some sort of baggage, but yet here I am again looking again lol. I've paid pretty well over the years and everyone seems happy and keep coming back for more. I need some extra labor help as I've taken on more projects in recent years. I usually put together punch lists or full remodel scopes of work and then we can piece together which line item you want to tackle. punch list(s) - misc items like, hand rails, light fixture swaps, replace hardware, replace rotting deck boards/stain, LVP, toilet swaps, material runs, outlets/switches, carpentry, painting, etc. property turns - (junk outs, wall repair, painting, cleaning, minor plumbing/electric) full remodels - be the point person on keeping the job running on time and spending full days actually working on site. I can pay daily, hourly, weekly, by bid, doesnt really matter, just want good work at reasonable price so you're happy and I'm happy. Also, please if you're a contractor and you think you can help me out in anyway.
