Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls Superintendent Department: Construction Start Date: December 1, 2025 Location: Near Challis, Idaho Contract Length: 12+ Months Position Summary: We are seeking an Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls (EIC) Superintendent for a 12+ month contract to support a large-scale construction project near Challis, Idaho. This role is part of the Owner's Construction Management team and is responsible for field execution of all electrical, instrumentation, and control systems across Mill and TSF scopes. Key Responsibilities: Supervise installation of cable trays, wiring, panels, grounding, and lighting Review drawings, wiring diagrams, loop sheets, and I&C documentation Monitor contractor performance and ensure safety, environmental, and quality compliance Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and commissioning teams Enforce electrical safety standards including arc flash, LOTO, and energization protocols Participate in QA/QC inspections, loop checks, and system turnover Resolve RFIs and drawing discrepancies with engineering and vendors Support commissioning readiness of plant and TSF electrical systems Qualifications: 10+ years of electrical and controls construction experience in industrial settings Licensed electrician, technologist, or equivalent E&I field experience Experience in commissioning and control system integration Proficiency in interpreting electrical drawings and instrumentation standards Experience with document control or construction management software is an asset Previous experience as an Owner's representative
