Welder Job Description We are seeking a skilled production welder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for welding custom parts in the cart industry according to customer-specific blueprints. This role involves working with parts of varying sizes and weights, utilizing MIG welders. Responsibilities Weld custom parts according to customer-specific blueprints. Operate MIG welders to fabricate parts. Handle parts ranging from small to large sizes and weights. Read and interpret blueprints accurately. Essential Skills 1-2 years of recent blueprint reading experience. 1-2 years of recent welding experience in a manufacturing environment. Ability to lift 40 lbs consistently. The environment is a manufacturing setting where jeans, steel-toed boots, and shirts are standard attire. Enjoy a collaborative culture with a focus on teamwork. Work hours are from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, on the 1st shift. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cannon Falls, Minnesota. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
