As a Office Renovation & Relocation Project Manager you will lead the planning and execution of office buildouts, renovations, and relocations. This role is responsible for full lifecycle project management-from scope development and budgeting to vendor coordination and final occupancy. This role will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals, while effectively managing schedules, contractors, and communication with internal stakeholders and tenants. Principal Responsibilities Manage Office Projects; Lead office renovations, relocations, and buildouts from planning to completion, ensuring all projects are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards Budget & Cost Oversight; Develop and manage project budgets, review vendor quotes, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities Vendor & Contractor Coordination; Select, manage, and oversee vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure scope, schedule, and quality compliance Scheduling & Communication; Create detailed project schedules, monitor milestones, and provide clear updates to leadership, employees, and tenants throughout the project lifecycle Risk & Scope Management; Identify potential risks, manage scope changes, and implement solutions to keep projects on track Transition & Move Management; Plan and execute smooth employee relocations, including logistics, communications, and post-move support Required Skills/Abilities Strong project management expertise, ideally in office renovations, relocations, or construction buildouts Solid knowledge of construction processes, architectural drawings, and space planning Proven experience in budget management, vendor oversight, and contract administration Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder and tenant communication Experience with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar) Proficient in Microsoft and MS Office Suite including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to travel up to 30% with occasional overnight stays Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree preferred 3+ years of experience in facilities management, construction coordination, project management, or workplace operations required Experience in managing relocation for mid-sized or large organizations preferred Certification in project management (e.g., PMP or equivalent) is a plus So, what are you waiting for?Apply today!
