Seeking a Project Manager to lead challenging civil construction and site development projects in the Central/East Florida The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and experienced professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is dedicated to quality and project success. Key Responsibilities

  • Project Lifecycle Management: Take charge of all project phases from inception to completion, ensuring work is completed on time and within scope.

  • Financial Oversight: Manage project financials, including the preparation and timely submission of all monthly payment applications.

  • Contract and Change Management: Generate and present proposals for project changes, modifications, and scope adjustments.

  • Comprehensive Documentation: Control and maintain all project-related documents, such as submittals, RFIs, design blueprints, and as-built records.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison for clients, fostering positive relationships and ensuring clear communication.

  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to prevent delays and maintain project momentum.

  • Collaborative Planning: Work closely with the Superintendent to develop and refine project schedules and strategic plans.

  • Material and Resource Logistics: Manage the entire material supply chain, including tracking deliveries, on-site inventory, and invoice reconciliation.



Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of three years of experience in site development or civil construction.

  • Deep knowledge of earthwork and underground utility construction methods.

  • Proven ability to manage time, organize complex tasks, and communicate effectively.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).

  • Experience with Primavera P6, Bluebeam, or Planswift is highly preferred.



salary: $100,000 - $110,000 per year

Responsibilities

  • Manage project timelines and ensure all deadlines are consistently met.

  • Prepare and submit monthly pay applications for assigned projects.

  • Estimate costs and submit proposals for all project changes.

  • Maintain comprehensive document control , including submittals, RFIs, current drawings, and as-built drawings.

  • Act as a professional and positive point of contact for clients.

  • Proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track and on schedule.

  • Collaborate with the Superintendent on the project planning and scheduling process.

  • Oversee all project material logistics , from tracking releases and on-site inventory to approving supplier invoices.
