Civil Engineer

Our client is seeking a Civil Engineer to join their fast-paced, collaborative team in either their Marietta or Duluth, GA office. responsibilities:

Design site layouts, including grading, utilities, and stormwater management.

Prepare all necessary site construction documents, from demolition and layout plans to cost estimates.

Conduct due diligence, site analysis, and all required engineering computations.

Manage permit coordination and municipal outreach.

Work effectively on multiple tasks within a fast-paced, collaborative team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with an EIT certification preferred.
  
  
• 2-4 years of project engineering experience, specifically in production.
  
  
• Proven expertise in residential, commercial, multifamily, or industrial projects.
  
  
• Understanding of local, county, and state land use, zoning, and planning regulations.
  
  
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and skilled at collaborating effectively in a team.
