Trueline is seeking a Senior Architect or Project Manager for a design-forward architectural firm with a legacy of historic preservation excellence, to join their Sheboygan, Wisconsin based team. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on managing complex projects from concept to completion, with a strong emphasis on historic and adaptive reuse architecture.

What You'll Do as the Senior Architect or Project Manager:

  • Lead multiple architectural projects through all phases of design and construction
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Estimate scope, fees, and prepare proposals and contracts
  • Guide internal teams with task assignments, quality control, and design reviews
  • Ensure compliance with historic preservation standards, building codes, and other regulations
  • Communicate project progress and key updates to senior leadership

Must-Haves As The Senior Architect Or Project Manager

  • ***Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture***
  • ***Licensed Architect with 8+ years of professional experience***
  • Expertise managing all project aspects including design development, documentation, and construction administration
  • Deep knowledge of historic structures, materials, and preservation methodologies
  • Familiarity with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Revit, Microsoft Office, and COMcheck
  • Valid drivers license

Nice-to-Haves As The Senior Architect Or Project Manager

  • Experience working with historic tax credits and adaptive reuse projects
  • Understanding of multi-disciplinary engineering systems
  • Previous mentorship or leadership experience in architecture teams

This Role Offers

  • Salary range of $80,000$120,000 depending on title and experience
