Who we want (Requirements)

  • Applicable candidates should have 10 or more years relevant experience in project management within professional services, manufacturing, or related industries. Experience with Design-Build projects is preferred.
  • The candidate can demonstrate how their understanding of the industrial manufacturing space and our solutions have led to positive outcomes in prior roles.
  • Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office tools and products for normal business communication, presentation of information, and collaboration.
  • Candidates should be comfortable working in various settings such as industrial facilities, standard office, and remotely.
  • The position will manage customer relationships, candidates must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to negotiate on behalf of the company.

Qualifications

What we expect (Essential Functions)

  • Leads the planning, execution, and delivery of multi-discipline projects from initiation to closure.
  • Responsible for the overall success of projects, ensuring predictable results across all deliverables and metrics.
  • Utilizes leadership skills to foster collaboration across departments, driving the successful completion of tasks and projects that have an impact to the organization.
  • Develop project scopes, objectives, and detailed plans, aligning with business goals and customer expectations.
  • May be responsible for developing skills of other project managers and assigning tasks to project management resources.
  • Disseminate information about project progress and outcomes to leadership.
  • High level understanding of customer and project climate throughout life cycle
  • Complete understanding of project roles and individual skillsets among project team
  • Provide coaching and feedback on project team members.
  • Understand the companys Vision and Strategic Plan.
  • Demonstrate our leadership practices and our core values. Hold others accountable by promoting and celebrating corresponding behaviors and demonstrating ethical ambition.
  • Take lead in the estimating and proposal phase of projects by collaborating across technical team members, business development, and external resources. Assist in ensuring the customer scope is understood and coordinate pre-project planning.
  • Ensures development of solutions meets delivery milestones, as well as any additional testing and commissioning activities as required by customers and partners.
  • Provide on-site support and coordination as required, including the supervision of other team members and partners; Other duties may be assigned.
