Starting Pay: $17.00$19.00/hour, depending on experience

Join our team and help maintain the beauty of our golf course and clubhouse grounds. We are seeking hardworking, dependable individuals for full-time laborer positions. This role involves landscaping and general groundskeeping in high-visibility areas such as the golf course, clubhouse, parking lots, and the entrance to the Club.

Key Responsibilities:
Safely operates hand tools and small equipment for ground maintenance.
Load and unload materials and supplies.
Clean and maintain tools, golf carts, and equipment after use.
Trim trees and shrubs and remove debris.
Rake leaves and clear drains, culverts, and walkways.
Blow leaves and debris from sidewalks, lots, and paths.
Prepare and lay sod.
Rake bunkers.
Repair and maintain the driving range tees.
Aerify and spike greens.
Dig holes and trenches to maintain or construct irrigation and drainage lines.
Install pipe and backfills excavations.
Water and care for plants and landscape features.
Plant and maintain shrubs, trees, annuals, and perennials.
Maintain landscape beds and prepare planting areas.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Age 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in lawn care maintenance preferred.
- Able to understand verbal instructions in English.
