Architect

Job Description

Collaborate with staff members to design and produce architectural documents, ensuring projects are completed on time while meeting client quality expectations. Coordinate architectural drawings with those from other professional disciplines and handle preparation, review, and approval of submittals, correspondence, change orders, and shop drawings, while maintaining project files. Perform field surveys to gather necessary information for design and construction drawings.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and approve submittals, correspondence, change orders, and shop drawings.
  • Maintain project files.
  • Perform field surveys to gather pertinent information for design and construction drawings.
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in REVIT software.
  • Minimum of 3 years of architecture experience.
  • Experience with hospitality projects such as hotels, strip malls, casinos, event centers, and fitness centers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player with good initiative.
  • Proficiency in architectural design and Autocad.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with commercial projects.
  • Proficiency in Bluebeam.
Work Environment

The role is based in an office environment with approximately 20 employees, where collaboration with experienced architects and project teams is essential. The office is highly interactive, requiring a comfort level with teamwork and collaboration. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
