Job Description Lead the development of design work in a collaborative environment with multiple team members across various disciplines. Oversee the needs of multiple projects at different stages of development, engaging with business development to pursue project leads. Collaborate with the Head of Design and Department Directors to manage project needs, milestones, and goals, while effectively communicating with executive staff, project team members, and clients. Responsibilities
- Engage clients to determine goals and understanding for project design delivery.
- Coordinate with the internal Engineering Director to address project needs.
- Collaborate with internal Estimating and Construction team members in preparing scope, design, and project approach.
- Manage design team members in executing the project plan and developing solutions to changes as they occur.
- Oversee the construction administration process to ensure conformance with design intent and construction documents.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD software.
- Experience in architecture, construction document preparation, design, construction administration, project management, and schematic design.
- 3-8+ years of architectural design experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture or equivalent work experience.
- Detail and design development, construction documents, and construction administration experience.
- Understanding of building systems, equipment, technology requirements, and detailing as they relate to construction.
- Experience in sports-related projects is required.
