CAPCON is currently seeking a Project Engineer / Detailer for our Sacramento California office.
CAPCON is a structural concrete contractor that works on a variety of construction projects throughout Northern California and Reno. CAPCONs primary focus is structural concrete projects that have cast-in-place wall, column, and suspended slab formwork that requires extensive planning, AutoCAD detailing, and engineering. Individuals will be exposed to a variety of construction elements including self-perform formwork design and project management, client interaction, construction schedules, concrete cycles, safety, and other related responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Create ACAD / Revit shop drawings for submittals.
Help coordinate material and equipment between projects and within the company.
Desire to build.
Desire to work hard and be part of a collaborative team.
AutoCAD / Revit Certificate, Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred.
Ability and desire to work, think and act independently.
Desire for personal and career growth.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong computer skills.
Ability to meet deadlines.
