Land Surveyor

LAND SURVEYOR NEEDED FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE>>

The Land Surveyor position is an office position, but there may be times when the Land Surveyor would need to spend a day with the crew in the field.

Land Surveyor Job Responsibilities:
- Research and bid survey jobs (clerical work of typing, formatting and sending the bid would not need to be done, just the scope of work and cost)
- Review survey crew time cards
- Organize and schedule one survey crew (when workload requires - two crews)
- Assist with monthly survey invoicing
- Review and compile field survey work (balance and adjust field work, confirm or adjust benchmark)
- Write legal descriptions and review plats
- Supervise construction staking setup, assist with calculations
