Construction Superintendent/Estimator

We General contractor we build restaurants and are looking for de 3 to 5 years experience on construction '
Bilingual preferred (spanish & english)
Responsibilities:
managing construction labor and schedules.
Creating all change orders.
Ensuring projects are completed within budget and timeline.
preparing estimates for new projects :
Supervising and managing the construction crews with the assistance of our field superintendent.
Coordinating and overseeing all on-site work with the assistance of our field superintendent.
Ensuring quality standards are met through regular inspections.
