NOW HIRING Residential Remodeler/ Tile Setter (Full-Time)

Experienced Residential Remodeler/ Tile Setter Full-Time W-2 (East Bay)

Were a residential remodeling company serving the East Bay Concord, Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, and surrounding areas. Our work includes full interior and exterior remodels: kitchens, bathrooms, additions, drywall, flooring, finish carpentry, and more.

Were looking to add an experienced remodeler who also has strong tile setting skills to round out our team. Solid tile setting skills are highly preferred, but this is not a tile-only position. This is a W-2 employee role not for contractors or crews.

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of hands-on residential remodeling experience
Proficient in at least 3 trades (e.g., carpentry, drywall, tile, flooring, painting, basic plumbing/electrical)
Strong Tile setting skills preferred, but not required
Able to work independently and follow project timelines
Experience using power tools and maintaining clean job sites
Basic tool set and reliable transportation (truck preferred)
Authorized to work in the U.S. (W-2 employment only no 1099/subs)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) or crew lead experience is a plus

What We Offer:

Full-time W-2 position (not 1099)
Pay: $28$40/hr, based on experience
Bi-weekly pay
